Reviews and Ratings
I had a stay that had its highs and lows. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town of Tarifa, close to restaurants, bars, and the ferry terminal, making it super convenient. The rooms had a stylish touch with a nice Moorish vibe, but unfortunately, they were quite hot at night since there was no air conditioning. While the staff were friendly, the service did suffer at times, particularly regarding our complaints about Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some great aspects and others that could use improvement.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were neat and well-equipped, but they were on the smaller side and a bit noisy at times. The service was friendly, although there was a small hiccup when I had an issue with the Wi-Fi. Overall, it’s great value for money, with some areas leaving a little room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, tucked away in the charming old town. The rooms were clean and modern with a delightful touch of quirkiness, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. However, I found the service limited since the staff was only available during certain hours.
I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, which made my stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything I needed. Sadly, the service fell short at times, especially when I approached the staff with concerns about the Wi-Fi and AC. While the dining options were decent, I felt they could be improved. Overall, it offered good value for money, with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and was ideally located to view the feria parade, although the rooms could be noisy at times. I appreciated the service from one staff member, who was incredibly kind and helpful, while another experience with service was less than ideal. Overall, it's a decent option, especially in off-peak season, but keep in mind that noise might be an issue for light sleepers.
